If you love radiant skin and irresistible makeup, Bobbi Brown VIP for El Corte Inglés is one way you can enjoy more of your favorite things. The more points you obtain, the more rewards we offer you: exclusive gifts, personalized presents and experiences matched to your skin tone, your needs and your desires.

If you are a new Bobbi Brown customer, just go to a Bobbi Brown stand at your regular El Corte Inglés store and, with your first purchase, you will be eligible to sign up for our new loyalty program. After we have your details, we will send you an email with your login information (username and password) so you can access your Bobbi Brown VIP account at the website www.maccosmeticsvip.es or via our app Bobbi Brown VIP.

The Bobbi Brown VIP program is available for people who are legal residents of Spain (including its territories and possessions) and at least 18 years old. You must also have and keep a valid email address or mobile number. Employees of The Estée Lauder Companies and people employed by our sales partners and suppliers may become members only for their personal use, although they may be excluded from specific program benefits.

When you become a Bobbi Brown VIP member, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the Program Terms and Conditions and the terms of our Privacy Policy, the Website Terms and Conditions, and any change we may make to them.

Bobbi Brown VIP for El Corte Inglés is a loyalty program that rewards customers for purchasing Bobbi Brown products. The program is based on levels, which are determined by the number of points a member has obtained in a single year from the registration date on eligible purchases and qualified activities. There are 3 levels, with their associated benefits:


Level 1, GLOW 1 – 149 points


Level 2, EXTRA 150 – 299 points


Level 3, LUXE 300+ points


The higher the level, the greater the benefits.

As a member, you earn points that determine your benefits based on points, as well as the benefits for the level.

Point benefits: At different levels of points, you can exchange your points for rewards and prizes that you can use when purchasing Bobbi Brown at any El Corte Inglés store. These rewards are based on the total number of points you have accrued in a single year, as detailed below. You can redeem your points for one reward per purchase. You must redeem your points before your anniversary date, or the rewards available will expire. On your anniversary date, your points are reset to 0 and you start to accrue new points and to earn new rewards.

Level benefits: Certain benefits are based on the level obtained and you can choose these benefits while you remain at the level, regardless of the number of points you have at the time. Level benefits can only be redeemed at El Corte Inglés. On your anniversary date, even if your points have been reset to zero, your initial level for the year is determined by the total number of points earned in the previous year.

Bobbi Brown VIP members earn 1 point for every euro spent (recommended retail price) on eligible purchases, exclusively at Bobbi Brown counters at El Corte Inglés (elcorteingles.es excluded).

Points are valid for one year after your Bobbi Brown VIP anniversary date. Every year on your anniversary date, your points expire and are reset to 0, and you start to earn points again to redeem them for new gifts.

On your anniversary date, even if your points have been reset to zero, your initial level for the year is determined by the total number of points earned in the previous year.

Your anniversary date represents the day on which you registered for the Bobbi Brown VIP program, which is a 12-month cycle. For example, if you sign up for Bobbi Brown VIP on November 15, 2020, your anniversary date will be November 15, 2020 and every November 15 for every following year.

Your anniversary date is shown on your Bobbi Brown VIP account.

During your first year as a Bobbi Brown VIP member, your level is determined by the number of points you have accrued during this first year. After the one-year period since your anniversary date has ended, your points are reset to zero and you can start obtaining benefits from points again. Although your points decrease when you redeem them for point benefits and the points are reset to zero every year on your anniversary date, your initial level for the year is determined by the points you have accrued during the previous membership year, meaning you can enjoy the benefits of this level, regardless of the number of points you have.

You can see the status of your Bobbi Brown VIP account on our app "Bobbi Brown VIP" or by visiting our website www.bobbibrownvip.es, where you can monitor your current points, level and the benefits available. All points are pending until they become redeemable 30 days after each purchase date, when they appear and you can use them.

You can redeem your points for gifts 30 days after the purchase date. If the points do not appear in your account after 30 days, please contact our Customer Service by email at atencionalcliente@bobbibrownvip.es or by calling 910212462.

Any product you return or any order you cancel will lead to the points earned for this purchase being cancelled. If you increased a level with the purchase, the level will also be changed to reflect this.

If we consider that an order was done via fraudulent actions or any other type that violate the Bobbi Brown VIPTerms and Conditions, these points and the level, as applicable, will also be reverted.

You can exchange your points (after they become redeemable) by selecting a product from our Gift Catalog. When your gift is available (in approximately 15 days), your Bobbi Brown makeup artist will contact you and let you know you can go by El Corte Inglés to pick it up.

You can collect your birthday present at the Bobbi Brown counter in any El Corte Inglés by showing the email or text message you receive, if you entered your birthday on your account profile. The promotion to receive a free birthday gift is valid for one month. So, if your birthday is on June 20, 2020, the promotion is valid until July 20, 2020.

No. Products received as gifts (such as gift-size products, etc.) via Bobbi Brown VIP cannot be returned or exchanged for money or for any other product or points.

Yes. The points expire on your anniversary date, at which time they are reset to zero. So, you should redeem your points before your anniversary date.

Level benefits remain valid while you are at a specific level. If you drop levels, your benefits will change accordingly.

After the one-year period from your anniversary date has ended, your points are reset to zero and you can start earning points again. Although your points are reset every year on your anniversary date, your level is determined by the number of points you earned during the previous year of membership, regardless of the number of points you have redeemed. Your specific level is maintained during the year when you obtained this level, and during the following entire year. After this period, you will have to obtain enough points to remain at this level every year. For example, if you move up to Level 2, Glam, during your first year, you keep Glam level during your second year in the program. However, if you obtain fewer than 300 points on eligible purchases during the second year, you will drop to Level 1, Fan, at the start of the third year.

Your membership will expire if you do not redeem points or make any purchase for a period of at least 24 months.

Yes. At our sole discretion, we may cancel, modify or restrict the Bobbi Brown VIP program, or any feature or characteristic of this loyalty program, at any time with no advance notice, even if these changes influence the value of points and benefits accrued or obtained and/or the ability to redeem accrued points and benefits.

At its sole discretion, Bobbi Brown may cancel any member's membership for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of the Bobbi Brown VIP Terms and Conditions

If your membership ends or lapses, the points and benefits in your account will be automatically cancelled.

If you want to leave our Bobbi Brown VIP program, you can cancel your membership in several ways:

- Request cancellation by using the form in the "Contact Us" section on the main menu of the "Bobbi Brown VIP" app or on the website www.bobbibrownvip.es

- Contact our Customer Service by calling 910212462 or sending an email to atencionalcliente@bobbibrown.es

If you want to leave our Bobbi Brown VIP program, you can cancel your membership in several ways:

You can reset your password at Bobbi Brown VIP or via the app, by selecting "I forgot my password" on the homepage.

No. The Bobbi Brown VIP accounts and points and benefits cannot be shared or combined. Only the member who purchases the products can accrue points and benefits.

No. The points and benefits obtained via Bobbi Brown VIP do not have any cash value, are not transferable and members have no ownership rights over the points and benefits. The gift products received with Bobbi Brown VIP cannot be returned or exchanged for money, any other product or points.

Points and benefits earned through Club BOBBI BROWN VIP have no cash value, are non-transferable and you have no ownership rights to the points and benefits. Products received as a reward from Club BOBBI BROWN VIP cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or other products or points.
